Foundation

A landing page on your domain, lead capture wired into Google Sheets, Stripe checkout for one product, Calendly embed, newsletter signup. The minimum infrastructure to actually function as a business online. We build it, hand you the keys, walk you through it.

Foundation's working surface plus voice doctrine, Claude install, the methodology that runs your business, and your first carousel template. So you stop hiring out for every piece of copy. You produce content from your own voice on your own machine.

The whole rig, built into your brand. Working surface, voice doctrine extracted, full operator stack installed, starter content engine wired. So you stop hiring out and stop waiting for anyone to keep your business running.

What you get

  • Everything in Launch (landing page, payment, booking, voice doctrine, voice check, basic Claude install, 25 methodology artifacts, one carousel template, booking upgrade).
  • Full Claude operator stack: complete Claude Code install with remote screen control, cross-surface MemPalace at your subdomain (Cloudflare and OAuth), 58 methodology artifacts (vs the 25-pack in Launch).
  • Nine carousel posts with copy written in your voice doctrine, ready to publish.
  • Nine reel scripts using the locked Metaplexus reel template, ready to record.

  • Newsletter infrastructure: $1,900. Chapters written: $600 each, $4,500 for nine from your source, $8,000 for nine written from scratch.
  • Multi-product booking flow upgrade: $2,100.

  • Security audit: $1,900. Premortem session: $500. Retainers: $150 to $2,500 per month.
